I will bring them back to their own sheepfold, and they will be fruitful and increase in number. 4 Then I will appoint responsible shepherds who will care for them, and they will never be afraid again. Not a single one will be lost or missing. I, the Lord have spoken!

Recently I have asked the church to take some big faith steps. But these steps mean I too must be committed, really committed.

6 “Nevertheless, the time will come when I will heal Jerusalem’s wounds and give it prosperity and true peace. 7 I will restore the fortunes of Judah and Israel and rebuild their towns. 8 I will cleanse them of their sins against me and forgive all their sins of rebellion. 9 Then this city will bring me joy, glory, and honor before all the nations of the earth! The people of the world will see all the good I do for my people, and they will tremble with awe at the peace and prosperity I provide for them.

What a wonderful promise God gave to His people.
If this is what God’s heart is like for His people, there is nothing for us to fear.
I hope and pray my church takes this attitude, let us see what marvellous things God will do for us, in expanding His Kingdom.
